I didn't know there's a tier 4,
but tier 3 is hollow ichigo,
you need to obtain an item with the icon of Abaddon,LordofAvernus if im not wrong. I obtained from cheating though..

guys tier4 is nothing but a reset tier.. as for t3, please give specific directions as to how to get it, and is it for all classes or only for ichigo?
