There is nothing to tie her up to outside?
You happened to have a yard outside?
You live on the ground floor?
if none of the above.. I guess you gotta consult a vet=\

edit: just came to my mind.. Take her outside, sit with her on some bench and calm her down.. you know.. play, hug, KISS, <take it furthor>. you know.. some pet love :) I think that should calm her down.. how long could she possibly be raged? :O

If you didnt take her outside, and you couldnt get rid of her "outside", then the only other way to get rid of her is to bury her in the basement, or stuff her in the attic.

Nothing to tie her on. Don't know what the other two questions mean. As I said, I already tried that - took her outside, and laid in the grass for half an hour, and she never calmed down for a second. Also, petting her while in a bad state of mind makes dogs think that they're right to act that way - that there's a reason to fear outside, lol.

Madara, yes and no. She's the biggest wuss of a German Shepard there's ever been - she doesn't bite, she doesn't bark, and she doesn't like to go outside. lol

Have you tried placing the water and food bowls outside? so if she is hungry/thirsty she has to go outside?

You said she was adopted from a Rescue Shelter right is anything outside in paticular that scares her like a car that she would remember or something? I hope the problem isnt still ocurring jus tryna help
