You're from Kazakhstan, but it doesn't matter. Try this: Rightclick -> save target as and save it to the desktop or to your hacked maps folder.

I'm not stupid -_- I told you about speed . . . dll at speed 3/2 kb a second - you said it's "Link works fine" ???
BTW - my comp stop dll at about 50% - i think it's not OK too. So, If it's too dificult for you, or you can't do such a simple thing - ok, forget about it . . .
P.S. of course - it doesn't matter where I'm from - but there aren't any good providers in our country - what i mean
