Rapidshare seems to have upgraded the amount of time you need to wait to do the free download... More than doubled, in fact.

The first one works, you just have to copy+paste, the forum didn't turn it into a URL for its own inexplicable reasons.

It's based on the popularity of the download.
If theres something with 100 downloads that day, the wait time will be longer than something with 0 downloads.
