I'm 100% can't do a cheater , i can cheat a map but can't fulfilled because of the patch (I'm using 1.21a) .

I can cheat a map without ACP but i can't fulfilling people request , patch issue . Uhh..

i can cheat a map without acp im willing to be a cheater of course i can enable SP didnt fullfill 50 requests... i can kinda write custom commands im kinda respectful and i kinda follow rules XD

If you donate, you get VIP status. Staff members that step down also get this rank, if they ask.
Cheaters are people that help out enough with requests and know a bit. We give them Cheater so they can move the requests when they fulfill them, so we don't have to.
Moderators are people that help out a bit more. Not just with requests, but generally around the forum, enforcing rules, et cetera. ilovepie is gullible.
If you're an awesome moderator, you get promoted to super moderator, which gives you a few more powers to help out around the forum more. You don't pay for admin status. It's given to you if you really help out, and if they want to, etc.; there are a few factors. You don't pay for any rank, not even VIP, that's just given if you donate.
