You know the Dell Trojan? It sits inside the Bios and copies itself to drive C at every boot.
You can barely do anything against it, encrypting the HDD may help. And installing Ubuntu ofc.
Dell sells that as a feature, since it allows you to spy at employees and track stolen laptops...

Lol, one of the main things guys that you have to do is not look at pornography that has viruses, P2P Networks like Limewire, download files too many times, etc. Also, you need to have a free program or a paid program (one time payment or per month etc.), to block all or mostly all viruses/trojans/spyware/adware/parasites/etc. And it needs to block other people from stealing your personal information and/or your identity, etc. etc. Lol.
