Garena Doesn't check the key so this would help more people play on there
also Hamachi lan wouldn't check it ether so it is a good tool
Or any wc3 private servers such as Hell

If it doesn't check for the key, then what's the problem? If you've got Warcraft 3 installed, even if it's a disabled key, it'll work.
