Do you still have your CD-keys?

If so, go here.

Tutorial: Register an account. Log in to that account. Hit My Account, (I think), in the top right corner. Add game. Add in your CD-key. Confirm. Download the game. Get your serial key from Blizzard's site, (it's currently in hide mode, click the unhide button), and install. Have fun.

ok so i get this message error when i try and dl the patch "Registry error loading key 'Warcraft III\InstallPath'
The system cannot find the file specified." the thing is i dont have my disc anymore could someone help me?

did you install wc3 or did you just copy it?
if you've installed it simple go in your registry-editor search for warcraft III and add a key named InstallPath with your install path as the value

Ozzapoo just fixed this for me a few days ago, let's see if I can find it again...
Found it. Now, download this: http://forum.wc3edit.net/download/file.php?id=839
Extract it, put it in WC3's folder (probably C:\Program Files\Warcraft III), and run it. It will add the necessary things to your registry, and you'll be able to update.

Strange, The vast majority goes directly to battle.net tech support, and spams them for help, while some don't even go to tech support, Isn't it a common sense thing?

Yeah, It's sad that blizzard can't even do an automated patch correctly.

I really hope the sc2 team is very different than the wc3 team.
