pulling rawcodes

hey there so ive looked through the tutorials on how to get the rawcodes for items and what not but everything ive tried a couple makes just gives me a blank text file,

ive used RMPQEx, w3x2lni, and W3MMaster(doesnt open a bunch of maps for me or says the few that do open are protected and cant do anything)

any advice?
