The things that you could do with a collided map were limited anyway. Just use your maphacks or whatever.

Well If you put it that way then you could crash people and turn them into sheeps

Not true at all.
I played a colided map that if you play as lucifer, you can use the creep-eating-skill-thingy, and you can change the amount of gold you gain, so you just change that to 1000000 and there you go.
Editing amount of juggernauts ultimate hitting times
Editing the amount of shockwaves done by crixalis ulty

And many more. Almost all heroes had a skill editing command, and it worked, I played that map. I didn't play all the heroes because the patch came right after it.
