i did make a new file named "cheated maps"
i dragged it into
My computer > Program files > Warcraft3 > maps > downloaded
when im in warcraft single player i can find the file
but there are no maps that appear inside the file
?

Its cause the name of the map is too long, rename it and you ll see the map when you ll try to create it.

erm.. is there any level up command?

After you've activated the cheats, select your hero, and use "-lvl XX" (don't use the quotes when you actually use it, I'm distinguishing it from the rest of the text); XX is the level you want to be.

How to read the first post? Cheat activator is "-Lucifer", case-sensitive.

the item spawn.. i type "-spawn I09G" ( i cap and zero) but nothing came out.
is there a exact spot where the item will spawn ?

Should spawn on whatever you have selected.

I played in Single Mode and i saved the my character at lvl 200. However whenever i play it in Multiplayer, I always got disconnected after i load my character. Anyone know why?
