I found the guide on this forum but the one is pretty hard to understand, I don't want to share this method last time because I think this is not the right way to do it and sometimes it might not work. By the way, I'd like to share it now because there is no other method so far and those who know are already inactive. Actually the way of fixing MPQ Moonlight is much more easier than fixing MPQ Somj2hM16.

Source:

Instruction:
First, you must have the tools listed below
1. A hex editor (HxD is preferred)
http://mh-nexus.de/en/downloads.php
2. Vexorian's Map Optimizer (can be obtained from this forum)
After the tools are prepared, you have to open the map using hex editor, then search for line 1F0, highlight that line and drag it to 7E0, delete line 1F0-7E0. Next, using Ctrl+F type 4D 50 51 1A, remember to set Datatype as Hex-values

Fix the line with 20 00 00 00 15 40 45 50 00 00

Finally, process the map using Vexorian's Map Optimizer (with all options unticked)
NOTE: You may get an I/O error, I got no idea how to fix it, but don't worry, you are done. Now you can open the map with MPQ Editor, MPQ Master still crash though.

Thank you for reading, any comment and idea are welcomed.

I'm using this map for demonstration:

Ya you are right, new version of MPQ Editor can bypass MPQ Moonlight, only MPQ Somj2hM16 can't, but Vexorian's Map Optimizer still shows I/O error, any idea with that?
