After you've done that, Rename your map name to . so that xdep will use it, also make sure your listfile is named "listfile".
3.Run xdep.

Ok, I have a couple questions. (Q's 1, 2, and 3 correspond to the numbered section of the quote)

1. After using MPQExtractor, searching the list files, etc, there are still some files without names (File######.xxx). What do I do?
2. There is already a listfile in my X-Dep folder, should i overwrite it or keep them both there?
3. When I run X-Dep, I get the message "sfmpq.exe has stopped working.". Is this because there were still missing file names while I was using MPWExtractor, or some other reason?

Means the listfile isn't complete.

Merge them ?

Propably the MPQ is corrupt.

Hillo pretty much got everything covered there. ;)

As for the listfiles, I just save them all, and when I'm bored i'll put all of them in 1 txt file (it'll be 50+mb), then open it up in NotePad++, Then go to edit -> sort -> And it deletes dupes for me. :D

Ladiks is really buggy for me though, Notepad++ is an alternative, and for me, relatively faster.

If it's not too much trouble, would one of you upload your "Master" listfile? I would just like to have one main one that i know works for other people, instead of getting together different ones and putting them all together just to have them missing a couple files...

It's currently 11.7mb, so I'm going to compress this a bit.
Okay, you'll probably need 7-zip to open this.
