heres the cheated and sp enabled one, per messages i cant seem to pull raw codes and not sure how to create the custom command to get the hidden champions( i wouldnt recommend anyways because it seems like you have to go to a certain location and type "-mystic"

I wasn’t able to pull them for some reason. Just keeps giving me a blank text file

after some testing i can pull a random list on an old computer for some reason? but the list only shows the basic campain items lol, probably some sort of anticheat, i've also noticed theres an anti cheat that doesnt let you pick up boss drops im assuming unless you actually defeat that boss

Just a tip for future, there's several ways to obtain rawcodes depending on measures map author went to protect their map or corrupt mpq.
If normal RMPQEx extraction fails you try rebuilding MPQ with only war3map.w3t and trying to extract again, if that fails too you can try W3x2Lni next which is a map optimizer like Vexorian but it can be useful to obtain rawcodes too as well as opening map in WE without deprotecting sometimes as well, all you have to do is convert map to SLK and then extract items with RMPQEx again.
Lastly if that fails too you can cheat the map with NZCP and use -sitem command in game to fetch and compile all item rawcodes into one file located inside CustomMapData\[CP] ItemsExport and clean it up a bit so it can be easier to read like I did in this case.
Using the last method is most time consuming but it always works unless the map also has anti-cheats so you will have to deal with that first obviously.
