Max of Vip is 7.
How to active Vip: I don't know. The map author only tell how to active it when donate to him. All I know is him give donator code. And this code only work with donator name. And donator can use that code right away, without update a map.
JJCP Added; Commands probably unlocked. ~Pointless posts deleted, please notice that a map can be requested if it work on latest patch. If it doesn't work for you, i can do nothing. (This is not for request author, but for people that was spamming here about map not working).
