This is how you can get the item rawcodes etc:
Open map with MPQMaster
Extract these files:
War3map.w3u (units)
War3map.w3t (items)
War3map.w3a (Abilities)
Then run World Editior
Go to units/items/ability editing menu/screen (Hit F6)
Then click File, Import unit/item/ability settings
Then click View, Display values as raw data
Or you just download RMPQEx, open the map and hit dump object data

if u use RMPQEx's version, it'll create a text file where everything stands.
the rawcode is in brackets []

Simply way : Download
RMPQEx !Than open the map with RMPQEx , click few times auto search , and click on the "Dump Object Data" button at the bottom there . Than you can get the unit/item/abilities etc rawcode .
