ok now this is an old editor but it can read jass scripts better i think because the newest one i had from blizzard when i putted in this jass crashed/licked/fatal errors/copline errors something like that so i thought you need this tool if you do not have it

This is just JassNewGen World Editor... It's already mentioned in the tools section, in one of the lists. I think the one Xantan posted. Besides, this in in the wrong place. There's a Tools subforum, yet you post a topic labeled tool in General? Way to go...

Also, note that WEU can and WILL corrupt your map with extensive use of it.
