Dunno if Mpq Master can do this too.
I opened a map and the message was:
This file is protected against editing (Protection : W3M Utilities 2.3 (H-Level 2)).
Do you want to remove the protection.
I dunno if this is sth. special maybe u can tell me

MpqEditor doesn't have flush...and it sucks -.-
MpqMaster > MpqEditor

My VirusScan software found and removed several Trojans from many of these files...

What are you guys talking about? MPQ Editor has flush... Operations>Compact Archive!
These programs are virus and trojan free. Your AV is displaying false positives. It happens quite often with some AV programs.

The older version of MPQEditor also supports the use of the storm.dll which beats any protection that tries to prevent you from opening it.
