Thats not the updated one, the current Update is 1.22. The maphack you referenced is intended for The 1.21.B5 Patch.

I believe he updated Custom Kick though.

Found ShadowDota....A maphack designed for dota.

Just extract the dll to some folder, then download the loader, save it to the same folder and load!
