Arrow Activator is in the attachments
Learn jass and you might be able to change it.

It's like programming, first learn how to add a cheatpack > SP > CC .
Or you could google and try your luck.

Like Apple said, change the act of HKE CP is easy if you know JASS. But what about this statement?

It is my opinion that it doesn't matter - additionally, Kyoshiro already made the activator public in the file comment.
