I think it is beacuse some guy requested map a couple days ago with hke cheat pack and map worked fine with that CP so it does =3

Yeah its works perfectly just one thing how do you shut it off?? Its kind of hard playing without using your keys to move the camera and getting busted everytime:P

So the first person to use the activator will be the only one that can use the cheats?
The cheats will be disabled for other players?

Yes, the cheats will be disabled for others. But the first one to activate can enable (limited) cheats for the rest of the players.
