how do u add wut tab into the quest window?
like give tips and stuff on the quest window when u push F9

Its via trigger >>> Quest >>> Title >>> required / optional (left / right) and then Description is where the text goes.

but when i go module>>trigger editor>>variable
i didnt c any quest

Don't know what you mean:

Press F4 and follow those steps:

New Trigger->New Action->Quest->Create Quest

That's easy!
