question about cheat commands

sorry if this isnt the right section, im new to this forum but thats not the point um im just wondering when you enter cheat commands such as -str, -int, during your game do the other players see that? if so is there a way to not let them see that. thank you

They will see if you say it in all/allies so observers is the obvious choice.
