Looking for a specific cheat pack not listed in the sticky

I found a cheat pack embedded in a dota map and the commands don't exactly match any of the cheatpacks in the sticky thread. I'm hoping that someone can direct me to the author's tutorial based on the information below.
Most notably this is the only cheatpack I've seen that has any commands for trees.
Here are the commands I can infer from the script but not what they do or what arguments they take:
Entries marked with a (?) are string literals that may not be commands
Uncommon commands are underlined
The following message appears in color when its activated:
"Remember to switch your chat to observers"
Most of the variables have the prefix "ndx"
