In what file , and with what program can i find and edit spells ?

Ability file: war3map.w3a

Program to edit: Worldeditor.exe

Extract the w3a with mpqmaster. If it's not there, use SILK objects console on the Units folder.

You can also use "W3M Master" to edit easly the units ability, unit... without open the map in worldeditor
