No idea, there are probably some proprietary tools. I never suggested doing anything with the firmware, it was rather an example of the complexity inside. Anyway, given that you can't return it anymore I was wondering whether the problem happened when you first got the graphics card.

Well another option would be selling it off. Chances are it'll just work in the PC of someone else.

Selling it is quite of a problem here in Israel. And I want to run this cards in Crossfire. Good news are (I think) is that the shop didn't call me for over a week, I guess they ran into a problem and probably sent the card back to Sapphire. But that is only a guess due to the card not being returned already.
