How to remove unwanted Startup Programs in Windows Vista?any suggestions??

Without the use of third party programs, fire up cmd through the start menu and type "msconfig"

Go to the startup tab and untick any unwanted applications you have.

Or you can use CCleaner, it's a freeware.

If u wish i can suggest u one such application "ADVANCED SYSTEM OPTIMIZER".Here you can use one tool STARTUP MANAGER to manage your startup programs on windows vista, you can enable/disable your startup entries using it.Its a 64 compatible application as well.I have used it & for me it is the best startup manager,u can also try this it is available at cnet.
