Whenever I try to install WC3, it gives me this error.

What do I do?

From blizzard support : "
Try the installation in safe mode, this will prevent any other programs on the system from interfering with the installation."
Other than that. Im not sure why you cant install it.

Oh and, Are you running as Administrator?

Triple edit : It says that Error 5 (Error 0x00000005: Access is denied." means that the user you are on does not have permission to install WC3. Thus you MUST use Administrator or a user that has administrator privileges.
