This guy had two goldfish, and if One died he would still have Two. Hows that possible when theres only two goldfish? Answer below

The real answer is because some is a number greater than two (a.k.a. three). When one of the three die, two is left. Duh.

It's sort of like saying, "I have some crackers. I ate one, and now there's only two left. How's that possible if there's only two?" I mean, sure, you assume that it means there were originally only two, but it doesn't actually say that.

Of course, the silly original poster edited the post now and capitalized both one and two, which he hadn't before, thus making the answer that the fish's names were One and Two, completely ruining the joke. The silly fellow also didn't capitalize the second Two, further pointing out his mistakes.

I read it after the edit, but I dont think I would have gotten the answer with capital letters or not. I also wrote a capital "T" in my post, so I TOTALLY screwed up my reply.

Oh yeah, Undead is absolutely right!!!! ;)

BUT.....The second "two" is not supposed to be capitalized. That is a clue in the riddle to show you the first 2 numbers are names, and that the last number is an amount. Unfortunately I have been desencitized from l337 talk, non native english speaking people and just plain old lazy typers, that I just walked over the "misteaks".



(Do you guys like the way I spelled mistake wrong? It was supposd to be funny)

You guys dont realise he said "One" and "Two" in capital letters. So obviously if the fish named "One" died, he would still have the 2nd fish named "Two".

But if one died, he would be left with one, which is named Two.

Please tell me im right.

You're wrong.

If one died, he would have one left, but could not be Two. In fact, it could be Three. Or Vegas. The names of either would be irrelevant in that case.
