Understanding Women

I was talking to a female friend earlier, who was having relationship troubles. She asked me:
'Why is it that men and women don't understand one another?'
I replied simply 'Well, men can find women confusing because they are complex beings, capable of so much emotion and passion it can overwhelm a man'
She then asked 'So why dont we women understand men?'
Apparently 'You're thick' wasn't the answer she was looking for.
