You just need to open it in MPQMaster and compact flush. I didn't add a compact flush function but you can do it manually.
I didnt add it cause I never used it, I added the sounds into a smaller dota (the pro mode) so I never needed it.

I guess you ran it from desktop, and the compact.txt wasnt on your desktop.
All files gotta be together

I think I found the solution, the map also need to be on the same location along with the softwares etcs, lol.

I tried on other folders, but w/e works for you mate xD
P.S: the C drive (or maybe its the program files folder) is protected in windows 7. Sometimes I cant even copy-paste stuff or save notepads in there..
