Title: Pandaren-Assassin
I wanted to make a forum to see what cool things you can do with it and what it's like being an admin. So, I went onto this site: http://www.phpbb.com/. I downloaded the Full Package (under downloads) and all I got was this:

A folder filled with more folders and a lot of php files. Does anyone know what I'm suppose to do here?

Try FileZilla, but an FTP client doesn't let you host a website...

also you can try freewebs, its website, but maybe you could change that into a forum like environment >.<

Free web hosting wouldent work well, forumotion is the best bet
