True, the discs are different sizes. But I believe that he wants an emulation program that can be stored on the PSP's hard drive, and will run a ROM of the PS1 game that's on the hard drive. I don't think that such a program exists, though.

If you want I can send you my popstation files (3.71 or something lower to latest). If one version of POPS doesn't work load up another until you get it working.

and the emulator exists, sony made it to sell old ps1 games in their psn-store.
