Changes:

x20 drop rate on everything that rolls a chance - mobs, bosses, loot chests, pity/reagent drops, event drops. Your +% drop gear still stacks on top.
Minimum 3 per drop - every ground drop and loot-chest claim gives at least 3 copies of stackable items.
x25 EXP from kills and quests ...

Your map might have a .lua file as it's script and none of these listfiles have it, so add it manually like as 'war3map.lua' single line.
