A question about Xantan's Cheat Pack

It would seem when i activate the Cheat pack it tells everyone that i have(if this is true how do i disable this?) for this reason i have yet to test it live cause i don't wanna hear
'I WANNA CHEAT TO'
"F***IGN CHEATER!!!:@!!!'
'F***ER!!!!'
'<My Bnet Name> Is a A G** A** F***Ing CHEATER!!!!'
I dont need that when i am hosting so can any one confirm this?
also is Xantan Really banned cause i cant tell if

Xantan is really banned.

Because that one doesn't do any of that stuff... If you aren't, I suggest you do.
