Obviously he used cheatpack with -kill in it. You can see when he clicked on the secretshop there is the yellow circle, then he -kill.

It's too slow it don't look real.
He should have save -kill into a key. (keybinding)
and when he stomps he can immediate press the key and then it would looks real.
