Warcraft III Delay Reducer (W3DR) is a program similar to PLC or DC. It allows the host of a game to host games with as little, or even less delay/spikes than PLC gives. A lot easier to set-up, use and adjust than PLC. Also allows you to change ms from 1-250, 1 being more spikes, and 250 being more delay (best at 60-90)
