Getting into admin user

Ok, im using windows XP and i was wondering if there is any way to crack the password without reseting anything on the computer?
Parents trying to lock me out of the computer to annoy me -.-
So wanted to know if i could basicly get into the user secretly (without trace that ive done it)

Well I don't really know anyway to crack a password but I do know an alternative.

1. Restart computer and keep hitting F8 (You might need to do at a certain time)
2. You should see a screen with options.
3. Select "Start Windows in Safe Mode"
4. You should see another account without password protection.

Well there is your access, now the only way I can think of is to get
the password is to install a Keylogger. Unfortunaly you will need to
erase the password just once. So that it can log it. Since most loggers
don't start until you've logged into an account. The one I've liked best
is Ardamax. You can either get it off the site for free or just download
via P2P (I recommend utorrent).

Note: make sure to check "Start in stealth mode"
So no one else will see it. This might not be available
with the free edition. You also might want to restart
to make sure it runs when logged in. Also you'll want
to disable any Firewalls/Anti-virus software. Once
you've got your password you can just remove it and
enable them again.

I had the same problem, this is what I did...
(Also, the hidden admin also had a password cuz they were trying to protect from me )

This is what u do:

1. go to http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/
2. Install ophcrack LiveCD
3. Burn the .iso to a cd
4. Boot the Computer from the CD in the boot menu
5.Wait a bit...
6. List of all users (and previous ones) with passwords

L0phtcrack also works. The program got discontinued when symatec bought L0pht Heavy Industries but you can find torrent downloads for it.
