Help enabling Single-Player

Well this is really the first map I'm trying to edit and I kinda need help >.>

The only thing I'm trying to accomplish is enabling single player on the map "fate_another_v1.3t2opt" (Link at the bottom)

I've followed JJ's TUT and found the variable which is "set e=(e+1)". After that, I've searched using Ctrl+F but could not find anything resembling "X=<1,X=1,X<2". I know it wouldn't be the exact same thing, but I still couldn't find anything resembling it. So if someone would be kind enough to help ^_^.

P.S I'll include the war3map.j along with the map.
