raw codes

I would like to know how to get raw codes for items in a game. For example The Black Road how would i get a raw code for Searing Flame of Prometheus or w/e. And can someone tell me what the raw code is for it.

Open map with MPQMaster
Extract these files:
War3map.w3u (units)
War3map.w3t (items)
War3map.w3a (Abilities)
Then run World Editior
Go to units/items/ability editing menu/screen (Hit F6)
Then click File, Import unit/item/ability settings
Then click View, Display values as raw data
