Dunno if Ozzy being blue is a congratulatory event, considering he used to be red. Krypt used to be blue, as well. And Bart's unimportant. Soo...this topic.

Ozzapoo is basically promoted every once in a while because he asks to, but then I demote him a few weeks later because he's an inactive nab.

Kryptonyte was actually demoted, so it's not much of a congratulations. V.I.P. is for donators, not inactive Co-Admins. :D Although, he does technically have more powers now...
