Funnily enough, I went through the logs, and the page I'm changing is the exact page Dekar changed.
I did an inverted test - changed the limit to 1MB and I'm still allowed to upload DotA, (7MB).
Even though this is the only page he edited when he changed the limit, I guess it has nothing to do with it? The settings were 50MiB for posts and 20MiB for PMs.
Make sure "files" is the correct directory that the attachment goes to.
If dekar made a separate directory and added the .w3x extension to that, you would have to change the maximum file size for that, not just for files.
