Well I got an iPod as a present (yay me!) and I was told I need iTunes, as for some odd reason. iPod needs its stuff transfered by a 80mb software.
Well I did, it worked okay. But now, as I come back home. I click on itunes and it refuses to open! I can see the process at the task-manager, tough it refuses to work. I tried both repair and un-install from the install.exe but it still wont work.
I can use alot of different software to listen to my music, but I want to switch stuff on my iPod, thus I need iTunes.
Any help is appriciated.
P.S: some info.
Windows 7 Ultimate - 32bit
iTunes 10

Re: iTunes
Fist try running the file under admnistrator settings. Next do a clean install by removing all the extra software that comes with itunes ie: apple quick time etc.
That issue could be due to many problems like recent hardware or software change. See if any of your recently installed programs conflict with itunes.

Re: iTunes
You can also use winamp to manage all your music on your ipod. Dont ask me how, every time My wife asks for new music (about once a year) I always have to google it.
Re: iTunes
You could use an alternative iPod manager such as Yamipod (http://www.yamipod.com/)
