Title: Worst human for 4eva
Do it the old fashioned way -- Write it down!
If you can't do that, then type the code in, hold shift and hit home. Then hit Ctrl+X (or Ctrl+C, but X makes sure that it actually works by removing the code). Then hit Ctrl+V and enter and check your code to see if it's correct. Then either exit the game and paste it in your profile or in a notepad/wordpad/MSWord/etc file.

before some point ye, I saw them for like 10 secs and then I knew em out of my head. Now the codes are to long and toooo much different codes to remember xD

Or, instead, you could type the message you need load your character into type into WC3 chat, hit SHIFT+HOME to highlight it, and CTRL+C to copy it, and CTRL+V to paste it.
