If you're asking a question about the map that was cheated, it's not "useless"

@Mixed.
What you are looking for is the deprotected version of the map. With deprotections you should usually be able to open it up using WEU or JassNewGen (Normal WE usually isn't good enough). A cheated map is still protected and therefore will prevent you from opening it up.
