Warcraft III Patch 1.23 - Collidable map patched?

Warcraft III 1.23 Patch will be released soon but its now in Beta stage and currently running on Westfall server for beta testing. What's new in this patch? This patch will be good for custom maps, especially for Dota-Allstars. Looks like Blizzard is helping Dota from an indirect way but its good for Dota anyway.

You may notice that the Westfall realm is available on your Warcraft III Battle.net list. The Westfall server has the beta Warcraft III 1.23 patch that can be applied by connecting to Westfall. To revert your game back to 1.22, just select one of the main realms.
If you cannot connect to Westfall, it's probably down or not ready.

I think this means, If someone try to play Hacked/Illegal Map it will be not be seen and you can only play with the original map. But unfortunately, this will also means we cannot use multiple language map in one game. According to me Blizzard should work on ANTI-MAPHACK system instead of Working on Hacked/Illegal maps. Lets wait and see for the official release of this Warcraft 3 TFT 1.23 Patch and changelogs. Then we will say something...

Everyone's seriously pissed at dota over this, It's just an overrated game that its maker stole everything. The only map that I ever seen that was collided was dota, hence that tells what THAT patch was aimed for.

I just logged on Battle.net, enter Chat and the red message appeared:
Your Account has been muted & shit like that.
Can't enter channels, write with other players, but I can play Games / host Games / connect to ladder.
Is that normal or is it just me...?

I believe it's your CD-key that's been muted.

It usually happens to people who use 3rd party tools.
I'm guessing if you continue it, your CD-key will be banned.
