How do you make YOUR own CP

I wana know how to use JASS only for cheatpacks not to make a map, i looked at JASS tutorials and they all are on making maps. Can some 1 helP please Lol

My suggestion:

Do it in World Editor (GUI) first.
Get a hang of how the CP looks, and how the coding is done.
As you learn more JASS, update your CP to be written in JASS.

First of all, make an activation command.

So is what you do, is make all the normal CP commands turned off. (Click "Initially On" so it's NOT checked)

Then make a command to turn them on for each player.
Have the normal CP commands check to make sure the activation command is on for the certain player who types it.

Basic CP commands:
Gold/Lumber
Revealing map
Setting name
Etc...

Basically, you need to know what you want your cheatpack to do first. Figure out what you want it to be able to do (ie. adding gold, spawning things from rawcodes, killing the selected unit, etc.), and then figure out how you want to implement those (ie. text commands or menus, - or . or + or ' or whatever to differentiate between typing and cheat commands), and then start working. Follow Kryptonyte's advice for how to do it. If you run into problems, ask someone who can help, like Kryptonyte or me or Arabidnun.

If you need me to make a small one (as a tutorial) I will.
Just PM me with any small questions you have.

However, if it has to deal with the general idea of a cheatpack,
make a post HERE. On THIS thread. Anything to do with general
cheat packs of your own will go on this thread, such as making an
activation code or w/e.

BTW, I suggest if you're going to enter your own custom scripts,
use JASS NewGen to help you with the JASS parts. (Though not
many of you would do that), it will help from corrupting your map
with faulty JASS scripting, which is nice if you're trying to update
a (yours, hopefully) cheat pack into pure (or at least somewhat) JASS.
