The Riddle In My Signature

Can anyone figure out my riddle? where is the EXTRA PERSON!!! , there is 12 at start than it switches to 13 than 12 again and so forth. but where is the 1 extra person made during teh switch?

u might actually wanna put the image location between the image tags rather than google's embedded one
