My hero is loading at a lower level every time I used -xp or changed exp rate. I just made my hero lvl 13 from 12 and reloaded to make sure. Still ended up loading at lvl 12. Am i doing something wrong or is there a way to fix this?

Hi when l played map and loading into legit map l got +17 achievement points so its obviously (ofc if someone check my apt points) l have got hacked char (normally l shouldn't got those points) can you fix that please?
