When I started learning English my uncle gave me a bunch of his old English Charlie Brown comics.
I really had fun reading them... Hey, it's Snoopy, not Linus
And actually I like Snoopy even more since one of my moms dogs is named like that.
She got the dog "second hand" and it was named Senapay or something.
Senapay means mustard in Italian or something at least that's what the woman said who gave us the dog.
I think she messed that up since she only spoke English... I don't think Senapay sounds Italian.
Anyway my mom didn't like the idea of the dog named mustard so she searched for a name sounding similar... Snoopy

I dont dislike him, I just never got a good vibe from him. He was never really a fun character. Actually, the whole Charlie Brown was somehow lame, yet I watched the cartoons, and read the comics every Sunday. I was excited to go to Knotts berry farm one year when they expanded and made some sort of Snoopyland, but it wasnt very thrilling. As a kid, I like it but now Ilook back and think it was kinda gay. I also liked Garfiled, had all his comics, pluschie, and bedding. Now I wouldnt even watch his movie, I think they wrecked Garfield for me. I actually still have the pillowcase I've had for the past 25 or so years. I even brought it to Germany with me.
